We are very aware of the importance of confidentiality for all our patients. Our reception area is open, but we can provide a quiet area for you to speak to the receptionist or another member of staff if you need a private conversation. We will not share information about you without your permission. This may mean that we will refuse to give information, eg results etc to a family member without your prior consent.
