Requests for repeat medication can be orderd via any of the following methods:

• via email to: capccg.prescriptionsqemp@nhs.net
• via Systmonline (registration needed - see below)
• via the NHS App.
• In writing - by dropping your request at the practice (or by posting to us) 'repeat prescription request' forms can be found in the lobby of the practice

NB - WE CANNOT TAKE REQUESTS BY PHONE.

You can order your repeat prescriptions online.

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use SystmOnline you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
