CALLING THE PRACTICE

When calling the practice please be aware that at certain times during the day we we experience very high call volumes, so if your call is about a non-urgent problem then please avoid calling during the following times:

8.15am - 11.00am

&

2.00pm - 4.00pm

We are also aware of an intermittent problem with our phone lines which is being investigated by our telephone providers. Should you find that you are stuck at the same number in the queue for a long time, or your call is not answered after 15 minutes, then please hang up and dial again.

What to do when we are closed

If you have an urgent medical problem outside of our opening hours then please call 111 or click the following link https://111.nhs.uk/.

For minor illnesses please speak to your local Pharmacist who can advise on treatments and medications. 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please complete this form and return to the practice via email to cpicb.generalqemp@nhs.net or drop in to reception. This will then be passed to the Practice Manager will deal with your concerns appropriately.
